Governance & Operations

Clear policies. Confident families.

The practical information you need for a safe, respectful and well-organised nursery experience. Explore the essentials below, then read the bilingual policies in full.

For everyday nursery life

Your parent policy library

Choose a topic for a short guide. Each PDF includes both English and Arabic; open it to read or save a copy using your browser. The attendance PDF begins with an updated hours and contact notice.

These summaries are a reading aid, not a replacement for the full policies or your signed agreement. Admission is from 1 day to under 4 years. We open 6 AM–6 PM; confirm your child’s individual session with admissions.

01

Admissions & registration

From your first enquiry to your child’s first day.

What parents need to know
  • We welcome children from 1 day to under 4 years of age at enrolment. Confirm availability and suitable care arrangements with admissions.
  • Enquire, visit the nursery and submit the registration application. Places depend on availability and your child’s needs.
  • Prepare child and parent Emirates IDs, passports and visas, the birth certificate and passport-size photographs.
  • Share immunisation records, medical history, allergies, emergency contacts and authorised collection details.
  • Discuss any additional learning or support needs with the Nursery Manager so suitable arrangements can be considered together.
  • Your offer confirms the group, sessions, fees and start date. Complete the parent agreement and payment steps before enrolment is finalised.

Attendance & daily routines

Clear communication makes every nursery day smoother.

What parents need to know
  • The nursery is open 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. Your child’s attendance follows the session agreed at registration. Contact email: tmcg.uae@gmail.com.
  • Agree attendance days and session times in writing at registration. Request changes at least five working days ahead; approval depends on availability.
  • Report an absence before 9:00 AM through the nursery’s official WhatsApp, parent app or tmcg.uae@gmail.com, and explain the reason.
  • Sign your child in and out, and hand them directly to the nursery team. Please never leave a child unattended.
  • For illness lasting more than three days, or a communicable disease, the policy requires a return-to-nursery note from a licensed doctor.
  • Arrange early arrivals or early collections in advance. If you are delayed at collection, contact the nursery immediately and keep emergency contacts up to date.

Authorised child collection

The right adult. A verified handover. Every time.

What parents need to know
  • Complete and sign the Child Pick-Up Authority Form before your child’s first day.
  • Authorised collectors must be at least 18 years old. Provide a valid Emirates ID or passport and a recent clear photograph for verification.
  • The collector brings their original ID and signs the reception register. Children are not released to unverified or unauthorised people.
  • Tell the nursery promptly about changes. A same-day replacement requires written or digitally signed authorisation; a phone call alone is not enough.
  • Share any relevant custody or court orders confidentially with management. If collection is delayed, the child remains supervised while staff contact the family.
04

Feedback & complaints

Your concerns deserve to be heard and followed through.

For complaints and suggestions, email us at: info@themontessoricg.ae

What parents need to know
  • Contact the Nursery Director first, or the Deputy in their absence. Raise a concern in person, by phone, by email or through the parent communication app.
  • The policy sets a one-working-day acknowledgment target, with informal resolution targeted within three working days.
  • Formal complaints follow acknowledgment, investigation and a written outcome. The policy targets investigation within ten working days and a written outcome within fifteen.
  • If you remain dissatisfied, or the target time is missed, request escalation to the Managing Director and, where necessary, the appropriate authority.
  • Complaints are handled confidentially and fairly, with protection from retaliation. Urgent child-safety concerns follow safeguarding procedures, not ordinary complaint timelines.

Fees, payments & refunds

Understand your commitments before confirming a place.

What parents need to know
  • Ask for the current fee schedule and your written quote before accepting a place. Check the fee period, instalment dates, discounts and any additional charges.
  • The policy states that registration fees are non-refundable and deducted from the final tuition payment. Check the exact amount in your agreement.
  • Invoices itemise charges and payment deadlines. Optional additional charges require prior written parental consent.
  • Refund entitlement depends on when and why a child withdraws. Read the full policy’s withdrawal scenarios and submit a refund request with any required evidence.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within fifteen working days after approval. If payment becomes difficult, contact the nursery promptly to discuss the account and applicable terms.
