Registration Fees
- A full registration fee is required at the time of enrollment to secure your child's seat.
- This fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.
- If the child does not attend from the first day of the term, the registration fee will not hold the spot. A grace period of five days will be provided, after which the seat will be released, and no refund will be issued.
Sibling Discount
Parents with more than one child enrolled at the nursery are eligible for a 5% discount on the fees for the second and subsequent children.
No discounts can be applied or merged.
Fees
- Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, credit/debit card, or online payment on a termly or monthly basis and must be cleared within the first five days of the term or month.
- Any returned cheque will incur a service charge of AED100.
- All fees must be paid in advance, and tuition fees for the next term must be fully settled at least one week before the end of the current term.
- If a child is removed for reasons other than non-payment, the remainder of the term fees will be refunded. However, the registration fee will remain non-refundable.
- If a child is unable to return due to illness, they will be required to follow ministry guidelines before returning. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
- Days missed due to illness or any other reason cannot be refunded or adjusted.
Pro-Rata Rates
TMCG does not offer pro-rata rates for partial attendance.
Termination of Contract
Parents must submit a written notice of termination at least one week before the end of the term if they do not wish to continue in the next term. The registration fee will remain non-refundable.
Non-Payment of Fees
If fees are not cleared within the first five days of the term or month, parents will be notified and given one day to settle the amount. Failure to do so may result in the child being removed, with no refund of the registration fee.
Late Payment
A 5% surcharge will apply to any outstanding amounts if fees are not cleared within the first five days. Returned cheques will also incur a service charge of AED100.
Withdrawal During the Term
If a child is withdrawn during the term, the nursery reserves the right to retain part of the tuition fees. The registration fee remains non-refundable.
