Founder/ Principal

I am M. AlQubaisi, the Founder and Principal of The Montessori Children’s Garden Nursery, a project proudly supported by the Khalifa Fund. With over 11 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a CACHE Level 5 qualification, I am deeply committed to nurturing children through a blend of Montessori and EYFS curriculums that promote independence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

Our nursery embraces cultural education, offering Arabic, English, French, and Spanish, along with Islamic and UAE heritage lessons. Together with our dedicated team and supportive parents, we strive to create a joyful environment that fosters every child’s growth and development.

Vice Principal

My name is Rania Albawab, Vice Principal at The Montessori Children’s Garden Nursery. I hold a CACHE Level 5 qualification with over two years of early childhood education experience, supported by more than 35 professional certificates.

My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and inspiring environment where every child learns and grows with confidence. I work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child’s nursery experience is joyful, enriching, and filled with learning.
